Job Description: 

FinHero, a fast-growing fintech startup, is seeking an energetic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our AI-powered document extraction and credit assessment product. You will identify new business opportunities, engage SME & enterprise customers, and help shape how financial institutions automate document processing and credit decisioning.

• Identify and acquire new clients across banks, digital lenders, fintechs, and enterprise & SME sectors.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and support pilot/POC implementations.
• Understand client workflows (KYC, underwriting, credit assessment, document verification) to position our product effectively.
• Gather customer insights and communicate product requirements to internal teams.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Collaborate with marketing on go-to-market campaigns and sales materials.

• 3–7+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or partnerships (fintech, SaaS, or AI/ML preferred).
• Familiarity with financial processes such as credit assessment, underwriting, and document verification is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to meet revenue targets and close SME & enterprise-level deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and comfortable with fast-paced environments.
