Job Description:

FinHero is a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionizing how financial services are delivered. We’re on a mission to make finance smarter, faster, and more accessible. As part of our technology team, you’ll be working with cutting-edge tools to support infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes that keep our platform secure, scalable, and efficient. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing AI workflows to support document processing, data extraction, or automation tasks.

• Assist in annotating documents for AI training and evaluation purposes.

• Work with tools such as Azure Document Intelligence or large language models (LLMs) to build smart automation features.

• Develop scripts in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python to integrate AI models with backend services.

• Evaluate and monitor model performance and output quality to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Support the development and testing of REST APIs that expose AI features to internal or external clients.

• Develop automation flows using AI modules.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of machine learning or AI concepts.

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript, particularly in frameworks like Node.js.

• Experience with Python and relevant libraries for both automation scripting and machine learning workflows.

• Comfortable working with JSON data, APIs, and RESTful services.

• Experience with version control systems like Git.

• Willing to explore and adopt new solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Eagerness to learn new tools and work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Bonus: Exposure to Azure AI tools or cloud deployment practices.
