- Products and Services: The Site aggregates financial services, including personal loan offers from various banks and financial institutions, and facilitates the application for personal loans. It is important to note that any loan agreement, including terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules, is solely between you and the Bank, not with Finhero.
3. Eligibility and Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your use of on line services in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Registration
To use the full range of services on the Site, you may be required to register for an account. Upon registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Application for Loans
When you apply for a loan via the Site, your application will be processed by our partner financial institutions, who may require you to provide additional personal and financial information. Please review all the terms and conditions set forth by the Bank before accepting any loan offer.
- Loan Terms: All loan agreements are between you and the respective Bank. Finhero does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
- Interest Rates and Fees: The rates, fees, and charges associated with loans will be determined by the Bank. These are disclosed in the loan agreement and vary depending on your credit profile and the Bank's policies.

All transactions for personal loans made on the Site are processed through secure payment gateways approved by the relevant financial regulatory bodies. While we strive to ensure the security of your information, Finhero does not guarantee that the transmission of data is free from risks such as unauthorized access or hacking.
7. Personal Use
The use of the Site is strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Site for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities. This includes but is not limited to:
- Using the Site to impersonate others, transmit harmful software, or engage in activities that could damage the integrity of the platform.

Fin hero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Site at any time, without prior notice, at its discretion. This includes modifying or discontinuing certain features, services, or content.
You may terminate your account at any time, and any outstanding obligations must be resolved in accordance with the terms of your loan agreement with the Bank.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Credit Bureau Agreement published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fin hero.
- Force Majeure: Fin hero will not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms if caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
