FinHero is a fintech company that helps businesses access and manage financing more easily.
We work with financial institutions, investors and ecosystem partners to turn messy documents and processes into clean, usable data and smoother financing journeys.
We are growing our marketing team and looking for someone who can help us make our digital experiences clearer, friendlier and more professional, while also supporting our campaigns and events.
Role Overview:
As a UI/UX Designer at FinHero, your main focus is to design and improve how people experience FinHero online. This includes our website, landing pages and simple product interfaces for solutions like our document extraction and financing platforms.
Because this role sits in the Marketing team, you will also:
- Support digital marketing execution
- Assist in planning and supporting events with our partners and clients
Key Responsibilities:
A. UIUX Design
- Work with marketing, product and engineering to translate business goals into user flows, wireframes and mockups
- Design and refine web pages, landing pages and simple product screens with a strong focus on usability and clarity
- Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile
- Maintain and improve design systems, components and style guides so that our interfaces stay consistent
- Prepare prototypes for internal review and simple user testing (Figma or similar)
- Support basic UX research such as simple tests, feedback reviews and documenting findings
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly and provide design assets and specs as needed.
B. Digital Marketing Support
- Design campaign and brand assets
- Social media visuals
- Event posters, banners, infographics, email headers and simple decks
- Help update and maintain the website and landing pages
- Upload visuals and copy
- Make layout and UX improvements under guidance
- Assist with social media and email campaigns
- Adapt and resize visuals for different platforms
- Prepare simple versions and variations for testing
- Support basic performance tracking
- Pull numbers from platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, email tools
- Update simple tracking sheets or slides for reporting
C. Event and Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and execution of events such as talks, workshops, webinars and partner sessions
- Help create event materials
- Visuals, slide decks, registration landing pages and simple forms
- Coordinate design deliverables and timelines with the marketing lead for each event
- Support on event day tasks where needed
- Visual checks on screens, simple photo or content capture, basic coordination
- Work with the team to prepare post event assets
- Recap visuals, thank you posts, simple follow up materials.
Requirements:
Must have
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in UI/UX, product design or web design
- Strong skills in Figma or similar UI/UX tool
- Able to create:
- User flows and low fidelity wireframes
- High fidelity mockups and simple clickable prototypes
- Good grasp of UX fundamentals
- Layout, hierarchy, spacing, typography, colour usage, mobile first thinking
- Basic experience with graphic design for digital
- Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- Comfortable working with web content and collaborating with developers or no code tools
- Good communication skills and openness to feedback
- Organised, able to handle multiple tasks and timelines
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Meta or LinkedIn insights
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
- Experience in B2B, SaaS or fintech
- Experience supporting events or webinars

- Design assets for campaigns and events are ready on time and aligned with FinHero’s brand
- Key pages steadily improve in terms of clarity and conversion, based on feedback and data
- Events run by FinHero feel visually cohesive, from invites and slides to recap posts
- The marketing team feels supported on both the design and execution side
